So I was in the neighborhood last weekend and stopped by.

I'm no fan boy of the dude, but hey - I was there.  I'm not getting the last paragraph.  Kind of cryptic if you ask me.  But I think we can all guess what "people problems" associated with the area might be.  Any clarity on the matter would help.  Just curious...
