The way it works is, a plan that is Supposed to Deliver a measurable, obviously positive result, once implemented, IF it Doesn't deliver the desired results, the answer is to quadruple the budget and Do Moar. Usually I'm against that approach, but I'm thinking this approach Could deliver a positive result. If some people have to die, I'm willing to Make that sacrifice.
