I think this is interesting.. The Enemies list is included, along with a few Who Cares places. As of now, the countries without a Rothschild central bank include: Iran North Korea Cuba Abkhazia Bolivia Russia Syria Venezuela These countries are noted for lacking a central bank that is owned or controlled by the Rothschild family.
