Modern Art has become not much more than an a scam to avoid income taxes. Rich guy buys "art" for a few thousand. His "Art Expert" friend appraises it for several million. The "Art" gets donated to a museum and rich guy gets a hugh tax deduction. Adopt the "Fair Tax Plan" which does away with income taxes and the value of "Art" will crash.
