That’s a proper Neapolitan pizza, thin crust, whole milk mozz and fresh tomato sauce. Way, WAY better than the bruschetta au gratin they sell in the mid west mislabeled as pizza.
I'm so old that I remember when a slice was served on a sheet of wax paper.
