An entire site (fakehatecrimes.org) documents all the ones the site operator could find/link to. When racism is SO LOW in this country (committed by whites that is), you have to manufacture it....and heaven forbid you are like SPLC, Al Sharpton, Jesse Jackson, and countless others, and your entire EXISTENCE is grifting over alleged "racism," and you simply CANNOT let tolerance get in the way of making up whatever stories are needed to keep the cash flowing. Pretty much the same reason why the government will NEVER abolish ANYTHING it has set up a program to abolish (poverty, illiteracy, homelessness, etc.).
