Not me. I have been called a couple of times asking if I would take a survey on the phone. I always ask who is the survey for? Who is paying for it? The woman on the phone always refuses to answer so I say no and hang up. The problem is that the survey questions are usually biased to get the responses that they are looking for. Not to simply gather honest information and opinions.
