Actually reading the Constitution would be a positive boon to her, but I fear she couldn't sound out many of the words even if she tried.
If the Senate had any balls, they'd censure her for that, and put her out on the porch for a month to rethink her jackassical ways.
The IQ and volume of senatorial debate in her absence would move up and down, repectively, in an exact paradoxical line.
OTOH, if we were going to start punishing senators for being stupid, there wouldn't be enough left inside for a quorum, pretty much non-stop since from about 1810 to now.
