Yeah, its me again, some other site posted the other two pictures, the one of the hoodie made it obvious to me that this is the failed DC bomber suspect... sorry for being totally ignorant of the news.
Kind of looks like a guy with autism or other mental issues that has been set up as a patsy to distract from the DC cop/CIA agent implicated a few weeks ago. But hey, that's not how the FBI works....right???
