Fewer than 1000 flights of 300 passengers each, could RID this country of EVERY LAST ONE OF THEM (according to the census). Why is it NOT underway ALREADY...starting with HER?
And as an additional note. There are fewer than 10 restaurants that even come up when you search "Somali Restaurant" on Google Maps and include ALL of METRO Atlanta. Search for "Ethiopian Restaurants" and there are twice as many and some "overlap" with the Somali restaurants. The Ethiopian food is far better (check out Desta if you've never tried this cuisine), and nobody has mentioned them running billion dollar daycare scams...though they do seem to be a vast number of the yellow cab drivers in the general area (so real work).
