There is a sign in my home town that is posted at the train crossing, "Do not park on the tracks". Years ago, a convict entered the housing unit, wiped the rain from their face, and declared, "That's some really wet rain!". Another time, one entered the shower area, and yelled,"Hey, there's water on the floor! I almost busted my a$&!"
Breaking-Rain is wet, I saw it on teevee.
