This is the same clown who proposed the "withholding tax" during WW2 that steals from EVERY PAYCHECK so that the government would get money all year, and tax increases would be far less painful and more accepted by the TAX SLAVES. He had some good points to make, but NEVER FORGET WHO HE REALLY WAS.
